This tab manages all of your digital products — PDF guides, books, and bundles — that appear in the Shop.
- Adding a product: Click + New Product in the top-right corner. Fill in the title, price, description, category, and upload a cover image. Toggle Published on when you're ready for it to appear on the site.
- Bundles: A bundle groups multiple products together at a discounted price. Important: you must create the individual products (PDF guides or books) first before you can add them to a bundle. When creating or editing a bundle, a modal will let you pick from your existing published products.
- Editing: Click the Edit button on any product card to update its details, swap the cover image, or change the price.
- Unpublishing: Toggle Published off on any product to hide it from the Shop without deleting it.
- Filter tabs: Use All / PDF Guides / Books / Bundles to narrow the view.
The Website Editor lets you update the text and images on every page of the site without touching any code.
- Choose a page: Use the Page dropdown at the top-left to switch between Home, Learn, Shop, Workshops, About, Blog, and Contact.
- Sections panel: The left sidebar lists every editable section on that page. Click a section name to expand its fields below.
- Click in the preview: You can also click directly on any highlighted area in the right-hand preview to jump straight to that section's fields — an orange arrow will point to the exact element you're editing.
- Editing fields: Text fields support bold, italic, and color changes via the small toolbar that appears. Some sections have photo upload buttons — click the upload area and choose an image from your computer.
- Saving: Click Save Changes at the bottom of the left panel when you're done. Changes go live on the public site within a few seconds.
- Managed sections (marked with a lock icon) are controlled by their own dedicated tab — for example, blog posts are managed in the Blog tab, not here.
Click any section in the preview to jump directly to it.
This tab shows every purchase made through your shop, pulled directly from Stripe. Orders are added automatically — you don't need to do anything when a sale comes in.
- Search: Look up a specific order by order number or customer name/email.
- Filter by status: Use the All / Paid / Pending / Refunded tabs to narrow the list. Paid means the transaction completed successfully. Pending means payment is still processing. Refunded means the charge was reversed.
- Issuing a refund: Click any order row to open its details, then use the Refund option there. Refunds are processed through Stripe and the customer's access is revoked automatically.
- Export: Click the Export button to download the current filtered view as a CSV — useful for bookkeeping or sharing with an accountant.

This tab shows everyone who has made a purchase through your shop. Each row is a customer with their order history and total spend.
- Searching: Use the search bar to find a customer by name or email address.
- Access column: Shows which products or courses a customer has been granted access to. Access is granted automatically when an order is completed through Stripe.
- Grant Access manually: If someone paid through another channel, or you want to give a customer complimentary access to a product, click Grant Access in the top-right. Enter their email and select the product — they'll receive access immediately without needing to place an order.
- Viewing a customer: Click any row to see that customer's full order history and contact details.

Manage your in-person workshop events here. Each workshop shows up as a booking card on the Workshops page of the public site.
- Creating a workshop: Click New Workshop and fill in the title, date, location, price, capacity, and description. Toggle it to Published when you're ready for people to see and book it.
- Checkout Message: The text in the Checkout Message box at the top appears inside the booking popup for every workshop. Use it for a note like "Spots fill fast — Rion will reach out personally before the event." You only need to set this once.
- Upcoming / Past / All: Use the filter tabs to switch your view. Past workshops are automatically moved to the Past view based on their date.
- Editing a workshop: Click Edit on any card to update details, change the price, or adjust the remaining spots.
- Removing a workshop: Toggle Published off to hide it from the site, or delete it entirely from the edit modal.
This tab is where you write and manage all of your blog posts. Posts you publish here appear automatically on the Blog page of the site.
- Creating a post: Click New Post in the top-right. Fill in the title, category, excerpt (a one-sentence summary shown in listings), and the full post content. Markdown is supported in the content field — use ** for bold, * for italic, ## for headings, etc.
- Cover image: Upload a cover photo for the post — it shows up as the thumbnail in the blog grid. Recommended size is 1200×700px.
- Draft vs. Published: New posts are saved as drafts by default and won't appear on the site. Toggle Published on when you're ready to make a post live. You can always toggle it back off to unpublish without deleting.
- Categories: Assign each post a category (Phone Photography, Lighting & Studio, Color Science, Business & Selling, Gear, or Editing) so visitors can filter by topic on the Blog page.
- Read Time: Leave this blank and it auto-calculates based on word count, or enter a number manually to override it.
- Editing a post: Click Edit on any row in the table to reopen the post and make changes.

Your email marketing is powered by Kit (formerly ConvertKit). This tab shows you a live summary and gives you quick links into Kit's dashboard — all the actual sending and list management happens inside Kit itself.
- Subscribers: Anyone who signs up through the newsletter form on the Blog page is automatically added to your Kit subscriber list. You don't need to do anything — it's connected.
- Sequences: Post-purchase email flows (e.g. a welcome series after someone buys a course) are set up inside Kit as Sequences. Click the Sequences quick-link to manage them.
- Broadcasts: To send a one-off email to your list — like a new blog post announcement or a sale — use the Broadcasts quick-link to compose and send it in Kit.
- Automations: Rules that trigger emails based on actions (e.g. "when someone buys Product X, add tag Y and start Sequence Z") live in Kit's Automations section.
- Lead Magnet / Forms: If you want to offer a free download in exchange for an email address, set that up in Kit's Forms section and embed the form on the site.
The stats at the top (subscribers, sequences, broadcasts) update live from Kit each time you open this tab.
This tab controls the AI chat widget that sits in the corner of your public website, letting visitors ask questions about your courses, workshops, and products — and get instant, accurate answers.
- Enabling / Disabling: Use the Widget Status toggle to turn the chat widget on or off across your entire site instantly.
- Greeting Message: This is the first thing a visitor sees when they open the chat. Keep it friendly and specific — something like "Hi! Ask me about the courses, workshops, or how to get started."
- Widget Position: Choose bottom-right or bottom-left depending on what looks best on your site.
- Response Style: Controls the tone of the AI's replies — Friendly & Concise keeps answers short and approachable, Detailed gives longer explanations, and Professional uses a more formal tone.
- Knowledge Base: This is the most important part. The AI reads these entries every time it answers a question, so anything you add here directly shapes what it knows. Click + Add Entry to add facts like course prices, what's included, workshop dates, refund policy, or anything visitors commonly ask. Keep entries factual and specific.
- Recent Conversations: Shows the last 7 days of visitor chats so you can see what people are asking and spot anything the AI is getting wrong — then add a Knowledge Base entry to fix it.
photo-professor-ai.the-photo-professor-82.workers.dev. Knowledge base entries are injected into every conversation in real time. This controls the "Which track is right for you?" quiz on the Learn page. Visitors answer a few questions and get recommended either Track A (phone / beginner) or Track B (camera & lighting). You can customize every part of it here.
- Questions: Each question has a prompt and two answer options — one that leans toward Track A and one toward Track B. Click + Add Question to add more. You can reorder or delete questions using the controls on each card.
- Answer scoring: Each answer option is tagged as pointing to either Track A or Track B. The quiz tallies the votes and recommends whichever track got more answers.
- Track B Threshold: This number sets how many answers need to point to Track B before the quiz recommends Track B. If someone gives 3 Track B answers and the threshold is 3, they'll see the Track B result. Lower the number to send more people to Track B; raise it to be more selective.
- Track A / Track B Results: These panels control what visitors see after completing the quiz — the badge label, headline, body copy, and the button text that sends them to that track's section on the Learn page.
- Saving: Click Save Quiz at the bottom when you're done. Changes go live immediately.
